Spam Policy

The management of Michael Badger LLC does not allow members to engage in sending SPAM or UCE. All members must abide by the following policy:

Members may not promote the name, trade name, logos or materials of MichaelBadger.com in any unauthorized manner.

Members may not send SPAM or unsolicited emails related to the MichaelBadger.com website. Members may not send the MichaelBadger.com URL or any URL that is redirecting to MichaelBadger.com in any unsolicited manner. Members may not make mention of MichaelBadger.com by name, trade names or logos in any unsolicited correspondence.

SPAM and unsolicited correspondence may not be sent in the following manners: by email, in Usenet Groups and forums that do not allow advertising, abuse of chat rooms and buddy lists, or any other online communication system. Ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse. Members are solely responsible for their conduct.

If we receive a complaint that includes the offending email, the Member's participation in MichaelBadger.com will be suspended immediately. We will then research the complaint, and if the Member is found to have spammed, we will permanently terminate the Member's account. If the complaint is found to be invalid, the Member's account will be reinstated.

Anyone who uses the Michael Badger LLC resources, website, or personalized web address for the practice of spamming will be liable for any expenses incurred by us to reverse any actions taken by our ISP or other services as a result of said spamming.
